Nathaniel T. Wallace is Of Counsel to the firm and routinely handles cases in a variety of technologies.
 
He has represented clients in all phases of patent law including development and management of domestic and foreign intellectual property assets, licensing, and establishing technology positions for emerging companies.
 
Mr. Wallace is an experienced registered patent attorney with patent prosecution and counseling experience in diverse technical fields including software, network technology, semiconductors, automotive technologies, biomedical devices, and biological testing systems. In addition, Mr. Wallace has handled opinion work and prosecuted trademark applications in support of clients’ intellectual property goals.
 
Mr. Wallace is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office; he is not presently admitted in Connecticut (retired).
