Becky is Of Counsel to the firm and has over four years experience practicing Intellectual Property Law. Following her Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Becky dedicated three years to the semiconductor industry working in the photolithography and etch wafer processes. She then moved into the custom manufacturing industry and worked for eighteen years in the engineering department of a leading engineering and manufacturing firm. During her time as an engineer, she worked on various complex telecommunications, aerospace, medical, gas and electric metering, and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies.
Becky attended Concordia University School of Law in Boise, Idaho, where she earned her law degree. Following law school, she became a registered patent attorney and became active with the Idaho Patent Pro Bono Program. Prior to joining Otterstedt & Kammer PLLC, she worked as a patent attorney for over four years on patent application drafting, patent prosecution, and prior art research.
Becky is admitted to practice law in Idaho and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Becky is not admitted in Connecticut.
