Wayne L. Ellenbogen

Wayne EllenbogenWayne has been practicing intellectual property law since 1998, and has worked both as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 100 company and in private practice. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University).

Wayne’s experience includes patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, and related counseling and opinion work, and his practice focuses mainly on preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, electronic, software and mechanical arts, particularly semiconductor devices and processing, nanotechnology, memory systems and devices, signal processing and conversion, wireless communications, digital radio, analog and digital filters, optical processors and data storage.

Wayne is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in the state courts of New York and New Jersey.
